disney wedding dance!

Since my very first viewing of one of the films (Lady and the Tramp in case you were wondering), I, like many others, have been a ridiculous fan of Disney.  The love only being confirmed further and tipped over the edge in to actually believing that I may be a Disney princess (and if I’m not, I certainly should be) upon watching The Little Mermaid.  Conducting crabs, a crazy chef and combing hair with forks.  It just makes me so happy.  Now, don’t get me wrong, I do love it when inanimate objects speak and make you cry a little bit (Toy Story.  Jessie being abandoned.  *Sob*).  But I am so pleased at the recent throwback to 90’s Disney, the princesses, and randomly singing in the street/forests/boats on lakes etc.  And the dancing, oh the dancing!

So, with this, I ask; who watched the Strictly Come Dancing results show last week?  Ballroom dancing and Disney – I’m done.  Pure perfection as far as I’m concerned.

See what I mean?!

This in turn has now led me to this very blog being dedicated to Disney Wedding Dances!  Yes.  Please.  Upon my trawling through the World Wide Web for examples, I have found some absolute beauts.  Many of which involve miming to Frozen, which, although it isn’t technically all about the dancing, is still cute.

So what I’m saying is, if you have a longing to behave like a Disney princess/prince for a couple of minutes or you just like the idea of doing a Disney style dance, please do!  Embrace the Disney.

Besides, Disney themselves are embracing the world of weddings with this amazing cake, which Huffington Post featured on their website at the end of last month, along with an entire Disney wedding.  And when I say entire, I mean entire!!

For now though, I think I’ll settle for a Disney wedding dance.  Any takers?

Thanks for reading!  Victoria x
